APV 200 gallon, 316 stainless steel, jacketed triple motion kettle with a MAWP rating of 75psi @350F & jacket MDMT of -20F @75psi, (1) 7.5hp side bottom sweep agitation & (1) 10hp center turbine agitator (discharging via screw auger) into Moyno inline positive displacement pump, (1) APV scrap surface heat exchanger rated with a vessel MAWP of 150psi @ 400F & vessel MDMT of -20F @ 150psi to control product temperature. Allen Bradley 1336+ variable speed controls for all components included in system. Additional feature include mass flow meter. Skid package with all utility connections.
