Remanufactured Alfa Laval WHPX 510 three-phase self-cleaning disc stack centrifuge, in stock in Warren, Michigan, rebuilt, balanced and test run at rated speed. Dolphin builds it into a skid to order in 12 to 20 weeks with electric pre-heater, feed pump, clean oil tank, sludge tank, transfer pumps, level sensors and PLC control panel, custom designed for your plant. The WHPX 510 runs a 5,180 rpm bowl on a 10 HP motor, with a 1.62 gallon sludge space and automatic partial discharge, so it runs continuously on oil, water and solids duty. Published capacity is 47 GPM on 13 cSt diesel at 40 C and 18.5 GPM on 380 cSt heavy fuel oil at 50 C. The heater brings viscous fuel and oil up to separation temperature. Applications: heavy fuel oil and diesel fuel purification, turbine lube oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil and other mineral oil clarification, used oil and waste oil recovery, slop oil and crude oil BS&W reduction, and similar dirty oils.
