Stainless steel wastewater centrifuge skid built around a remanufactured Alfa Laval MOPX 210 self-cleaning disc stack centrifuge, in stock in Warren, Michigan. Designed for food and beverage plant wastewater and other industrial effluent: TSS removal and concentration, BOD and COD reduction, FOG (fats, oils and grease) separation, DAF float sludge thickening, and clarification of process water upstream or downstream of a DAF system. The MOPX 210 separates suspended solids continuously and ejects them automatically while running, with no filter media to replace. Each skid is custom designed and built from scratch by Dolphin engineers: all-stainless skid base, stainless steel piping and valves, feed pump, sludge tank and PLC control panel, laid out for your flow, solids load and plant footprint. Capacity on wastewater is quoted per application from your flow, TSS and FOG data. Engineering support covers sizing, sample testing on our shop centrifuge, installation drawings and startup support.
