Remanufactured Alfa Laval MOPX 207 mounted on a Dolphin DMPX-028 skid, in stock in Warren, Michigan, rebuilt, balanced and test run at rated speed. Additional skids of the same design are built to order in 4 to 8 weeks, with heater, clean oil tank, transfer pumps and level sensors added as the application needs. The MOPX 207 is a self-cleaning, three-phase disc stack centrifuge with a 6,325 rpm bowl, a 7.5 HP motor and a 1 gallon sludge space. Published capacity is 22 GPM on 13 cSt diesel at 40 C. The skid carries the feed pump, piping, sludge tank and PLC control panel. Applications: diesel fuel and fuel polishing, turbine lube oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil and other mineral oil purification and clarification, used oil and waste oil recovery, quench oil and machining coolant clarification.
