AKYAPAK 4 ROLL PLATE ROLLS

Description

Akyapak manufactures 4-roll plate rollers that have a capacity in thickness from 2 mm to 200 mm and in width from 500 mm to 12000 mm. (from 14 ga. to 8” and in width from 20” to 40ft.) The 4-roll plate bending machine is a cone bending device with a digital display, allowing users to see side rolls. The 4-roll plate roller has electro-hydraulic calibration and safety equipment all around. Worker safety is one of Mac-Tech’s top priorities. All 4 rolls are spherically shaped and are driven by hydraulic motors and planetary gearboxes. There are 2 rolling speeds in the 4-roll plate roller, so users can decide which speed they want. Finally, there are induction hardened rolls and a fully welded steel construction. The device can make a metal fabricator’s day at work much easier and improve business efficiency.
