ADE, Air Draulic Eng. Model 99/195, Water cooled, stainless steel, cooling tunnel with temperatures and number of product per hour – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Equipped with 60" wide x 9" high aperture and has (2) 96" long stainless steel cooling chambers with (2) easy access side doors (1) each side with 48" wide x 228" long table top conveyor belt, has 33" to 36" in feed and discharge height range. (2) 1" NPT connections for chilled water supply. Control panel has A/B PLC, (2) Honeywell temperture controls for cooling tunnel zones and (1) Watlow temperture control for heating zone. Includes on / off switches for tunnel #1 and tunnel #2, lights and heater, master start / stop and tunnel conveyor start / stop and e-stop push button controls. Mounted on heavy duty frame.
