PART OF 5H2660A Adco, Model 9LBC150EC, automatic, horizontal, continuous motion, hot melt glue cartoner. Rated from 50 to 250 cartons per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Carton size range: 1" to 7" in Length; 3/4 to 4" in Width, 4-1/4" to 13-1/2" in Depth. Equipped with (4) chains adjustable set on 9" centers with 2" wide x 4" high lugs and has 264" long x 15" wide product in feed conveyor with 2-1/2" long x 2-1/2" wide x 15" deep product buckets, 108" long (4) belt powered blank carton magazine, (4) head rotary pic-n-place, with pre-break, no-product / no-carton, top carton hold down, barrel cam loader, Nordson ProBlue hot melt glue system, major and minor flap closers, 48" long compression discharge belt conveyor section, Seko gauges, vacuum pump, lube system and interlock safety guarding. Control Panel has A/B PLC, with A/B swing arm touch pad controller and panel view with reset / e-stop controls and (4) color stack light. Mounted on heavy duty base frame with caster and leveling legs.
