Adco Model 15EX1-30-SS, semi automatic, horizontal, intermittent motion, stainless steel, large carton, hot melt glue cartoner with number of cartons per minute – depending on materials and application. Carton size range: 3" to 13 in Length; 3/4" to 8" in Width; 4" to 18" in Depth. Equipped with 4-chains adjustable set on 15" centers, with 2" wide x 6" high lugs, 36" long (2) belt automatic blank carton magazine, vacuum pick n place with pre-break station, top carton confining rail, 48" long product load section, Nordson ProBlue hot melt glue system with major and minor flap closers and 36" long x 2" wide side belt compression discharge. Control panel has A/B controller with panel view, A/B Powerflex vari-speed controllers, Seko guages, start, stop, reverse and e-stop, push buttons with vacuum pump, interlock safety guarding, 2 color statis light and foot pedal jog. Mounted on stainless steel base frame with casters and leveling legs.
