Description
This used 98” x 1” x 77,000 lb. Cut-To-Length Line from 2010 is designed for processing hot-rolled steel. It can handle materials with a minimum strip thickness of 0.125 inches and a maximum thickness of 1 inch, accommodating coil widths from 35 inches to 98 inches. It supports heavy coils up to 77,000 lbs., with a coil inside diameter ranging from 20 inches to 32 inches and an outside diameter of 39 inches to 94.5 inches. This line is suitable for cutting plate lengths between 79 inches to 78 feet 9 inches. Key components include a coil car, uncoiler with DC drives, surface brushing unit, and dust collector. Additionally, it has finish levelers powered by 354 HP and 357 HP DC drives, a side trimmer, and a scrap disposal unit. Threading tables, flying shear with a 101 HP AC drive, electrical controls, tables, conveyors, and stackers are also part of the package. The line operates with a threading speed of 33 feet per minute and a working speed of 56 to 89 feet per minute, requiring main power of 380 V, 3-phase, 60 Hz, and DC power of 460 V.
