75000 cfm Delta Ducon #600' B' CL.EHD Arr 1, dust collector, baghouse, 300 HP, 1996

Used Delta baghouse dust collector, model 6500 B CL MID ATT 1, previously used for collecting manganese bronze and leaded tin bronze particulate. This pulse jet unit is rated at approximately 74,00075,000 CFM and includes a 300 HP blower (fan nameplate: 232 HP, 1042 RPM, 15.0 SP). Unit features one module, ETA 2000 size, and contains 1,125 filter bags (120" TL, 16 oz PE SI) with a total cloth area of 16,663 sq. ft. Includes steel structure, access platforms, pulse jet cleaning manifold, 50'2" tall stack with 64 diameter, and CEMS monitoring via CPM 5000. Emission levels were 0.58 lbs/hr particulate and 0.0108 lbs/hr lead with a sampled flow of 17,100 CFM. Previously installed at a facility with an 18 building height and 60 clearance to property line. Bags were changed at a rate of approximately 3/month. Originally installed in 1996 and in good operational condition. Previously used in bronze alloy production.
