This 72" wide Danieli Wean Push Pull Pickle Line comes equipped with a Meco Temper Mill, offering robust performance for processing mild steel with yield strength up to 80,000 PSI. It accommodates entry coil widths from 24" to 74" and gauges between .060" to .500". The line is designed for coils with outer diameters between 42" to 80" and inner diameters from 24" to 32". The temper mill possesses a capacity of 400 HP, with speeds ranging from 300 to 1050 RPM. The line speed reaches 300 FPM for gauges up to .250" and 150 FPM above that threshold. It operates in a right-to-left direction with a single entry reel featuring a stub arbor type and mandrel diameter ranging from 22.75" to 27.50". Each side of the entry reel is powered by a 75 HP motor, with operating speeds of 500/2000 RPM. Key components include a 172' pickling section, a 60' rinse section, and a Meco 80" wide x 38" diameter, 2-high mill. Additional equipment includes a slitter, side trimmer, tension roll device, various carryover tables, Butech shear, scrap removal system, strip dryers, brush scrubbing rolls, turret-type recoiler, and coil cars. This line is comprehensive yet excludes an entry coil car, pit type.
