2000 Kampf Slitting line
This German built Light gage aluminum Slitting line was built in 2000, Idled in 2012, Moved and reinstalled in 2017 By The manufacturer supervision.
This line is designed to run 40,000# coils of Aluminum from .002" to .015" at 2600 FPM.
It has a prep Station, a ready stand, Loading coil car, crop shears front and exit, an in line tension stand, an in line electrostatic oiling system, (2) Roll in slitting cassetts, Dual recoilers with quick change drums of 6", 10", 16", and 20" for each of the (2) recoilers.
Dual "trap type" Exit coil cars. Dual Stacker cranes that lift and rotate 180 degrees, and a moving Downlayer that puts the finished goods on a skid for quick packaging.
This line is installed and ready to go in North Caroline
