Sprinkman, 2 vessel, 620 gallon (20 bbl), 304 stainless steel, Mash/Lauter Tun and steam jacketed brew kettle with mezzanine, piping and heat exchangers.

Mash/Lauter tun dimension: 96" ID x 50" straight wall with a false bottom. Equipped with rotating rake with blade agitation powered by top mounted 3hp drive, 18" boltdown manway, 8" slide gate mash discharge with 60" discharge height, (2) sparge arms fed by (2)1" Tri-Clamp, (2) CIP spray ball fed by 1½" Tri-Clamp, (12) ¼" NPT under screen sprayers supplied by 1½" Tri-Clamp, (5) 1½" Tri-Clamp draw offs feed into 2" Tri-Clamp wort discharge. Mounted on 4 legs with leveling pads.

Top ports:

(2) 2" Tir-Clamp
(1) 1½" Tri-Clamp

Side Port:
(1) 2" NPT

Bottom ports:
(1) 2" Tri-Clamp fed by draw off.

Steam Jacketed brew kettle/whirlpool dimensions: 66" ID x 71" straight wall with a dish bottom. Equipped with 10" condensation trap,18" boltdown manway, CIP ball fed by 1½" Tri-Clamp, (1) 1½" Tri-Clamp whirlpool charge with butterfly valve, (2) thermowells, 3" Tri-Clamp butterfly valve discharge with 32" discharge height. Mounted on 4 legs with leveling pads.

Mezzanine equipped with (2) SPX C216 centrifugal pumps each powered by 5 hp drives, (1) Alfa Laval model MS6-SR plate heat exchange with (76) 10" x 30" plates, (1) Alfa Laval model M3-FG plate heat exchange with (22) 3¾" x 18" plates and piping for both vessels.
