6 NRM 30:1 Air Cooled Vented Extruder Rebuilt
DESCRIPTION
NOTE: We are rebuilding so photo shows as is now with extruder stripped down. Taking deposit now to hold machine.
6 NRM Extruder, Approximate 43 centerline height, gearbox having
new bearings (less thrust) and seals with cooling system new heat exchanger and pump, 30:1
L/D 8 zone barrel, new cast aluminum heaters, air cooled and vented barrel with new blower fans
and shrouds, new insulated barrel covers, 2 stage general purpose polyolefin rebuilt screw, honed
barrel, 6-month used Baldor Reliance 400HP AC motor with New WEG AC drive control in
panel, Rebuilt 12 zone control panel unitized onto extruder base with all new wiring, electronics
& new Eurotherm solid state plug in type instruments, complete with infeed hopper with diverter
valve

Dynisco melt pressure gauge installed at barrel flange
Additional control panel zone
