Standard Features:

The Geka Hydracrop 110 ironworker is highly recommended for the manufacturing tasks of punching and cutting plates. Since it features two cylinders, the machine offers the capability of being worked by two operators at the same time, one at each hydraulic cylinder. Like the other machines in the Hydracrop Series, it includes five workstations on which different optional equipment and accessories from Geka may be mounted

The five workstations in the Geka Hydracrop 110 Universal Ironworker:

– Punching Station: The punching station is fitted with an independent cylinder, making it a flexible and adaptable workstation, on which special accessories and die sets may be easily adaptable

– Station for Shearing Angles at 90°: Thanks to a blade system designed by Geka, this station is capable of distortion-free shearing without any loss of material

– Notching Station: This station was designed to be equipped with many different Geka accessories or tools. These optional peripherals allow the machine to perform different jobs like triangular notching at 90°, pipe notching, and notching footings

– Station for Shearing Flat Bars and Plates: Thanks to the stability provided by a monoblock blade-holder, a long upper blade may be mounted on the station to obtain optimum shearing results

– Cutting Station for Round and Square Bars: The station comes equipped with standard blades for cutting round and square bars. However, different blades may also be mounted in order to cut in different shapes

The machine also features an electric cabinet with an inching selector switch. The cabinet may be easily removed for access to the hydraulic unit
