This Intellipak part of a lot of 9 huge HVAC Units that were rooftop in Long Island, NY the building was designed built to be a medical complex. The HVAC units were placed rooftop and the owners decided to repurpose the building as an office building so smaller RTUs were installed and these large units were never connected or installed.
