D M C FINESAND 130 2PO WIDE BELT (50" - 90", 2-HEAD): -- Specifications:Orbital Pad Sander, designed for cross-grain scratch removal on style & rail frames; with (2) Orbital Platens & (1) Brush. -- Working Capacity: Width 51", height/opening 1/8" - 4-5/8", motorized part thickness adjustment with digital readout, (4) screw jacks rise & fall. -- Sanding Heads: (2) 10" Wide Platen heads with rubber surface for elimination of abrasive belt cross-grain scratches. Dual orbital action heads with (1) high speed orbit on sanding pad, powered by 5.5 HP motor, and a secondary "low RPM" orbit on head assembly (1.5 HP motor), superimposed over the high-speed orbit for fast cutting action. -- Rotating Cleaning brush on outfeed side. Abrasive material for Sanding Heads is 18" x 52" in size. -- Feed Conveyor: Variable feed speed from 6 - 40 FPM, inverter controlled by 5.5 HP motor; vacuum conveyor bed with 15 HP blower motor. -- Complete With: - Digital height readout. - Infeed and outfeed rubber coated hold-down rolls. - Infeed hand safety stop bar, emergency e-stop. - Star-Delta motor starter. - (2) Dial indicator motor load meters.
