Stainless & Steel Products Co., 50 gallon capacity, 304 stainless steel jacketed process tank. Vessel dimensions: 17¾" diameter with 48" straight wall. Equipped with (4) 1½" wide x 30" long fixed baffles, (1) thermowell, bottom liquid injection ring supplied by a ½" npt connection and top mounted high shear emulsifier.
Ross, Model ME 510, stainless steel, high shear emulsifier. Equipped with a top mounted 10 hp / 3500 rpm drive, (7/8)" slotted disintegrating head and optional downthrust shaft propeller.
Vessel and mixer mounted on a base with a 2" NPT bottom drain and 22" ground clearance.
