Description
Hamilton 50-gallon stainless steel jacketed kettle equipped with an integrated agitator and powered by a 3/4 HP motor. The kettle is supported on a sturdy frame and features a variable speed drive system by Reeves, allowing for controlled mixing speeds. The jacket is rated for 125 PSI with a hydro test pressure of 228 PSI, while the vessel is rated for 45 PSI.
