Description
Mixer, sigma blade, Baker Perkins, 1/2 gallon capacity, with double sigma blades. Clearance between blade and trough is 0.018". Vessel has stainless steel jacketed mixing chamber with 5" x 7" top opening, cover, geared both ends and tilt discharge. Machine number 50032, order number SO9417, driven by 2 HP, 3/60 Hz, 220/440 volt gearhead motor. All mounted on mild steel frame.
