Kettle Dimensions: 16" diameter X 10.5" deep with jacket
Double motion with agitator bars, counter-rotating surface scrapers and full cover.
1.5" sanitary bottom drain and 3/4"NPTM jacket connections.
Manual tilt-out mixer and drive with lock.
Jacket rated for 40PSI @ 288 F (hydro tested at 60PSI).
Powered by a 3/4HP US Motors manual Varidrive (220/440V, 60Hz, 3ph))
Agitator Working Speed (Range): 4RPM to 24RPM
Mounted to a portable steel base frame.
