Description
Groen Gas-Fired Steam Jacketed Kettle- 5 Gallon. Model: TDH/20. NB & S/N: 21401. Type of gas: Natural. MAWP: 50 psi at 300 °F. MDMT: 50 °F at 50 psi. Recommend use of distilled water for jacket. Input rate: 0.92 boiler hp (31000 BTU/hr). (8) burners. Manifold gas pressure: 3.5 in. WC. Electrical requirements: 115 V, 60 Hz, 1 amp, single phase. The Groen Model TDH 20 quart has stainless steel construction, self-contained, steam jacketed unit operating from a gas heated steam. Typical applications: Browning meats, Sauces, Vegetables, Seafood, Soups, Rice, Pasta, Stews, Pie fillings, Reheating Cook-Chill & Prepared Foods. Tilt mechanism. Jacket inlet/outlet: (2) 1 in. threaded female. Steam vent: 15-1/2 in. L x 2 in. W. Overall dimensions: 34 in. L x 26 in. W x 31 in. H.
