Mojonnier plate chiller, set for to run ammonia through plates, product runs down outside of plates to cool. Includes (3) stainless steel plates, measuring 48" x 12" x 0.75". Unit is Model 434 with number 332 platcoil panel.. Number of Plates: 3, Size of Plates: 48" x 12". Previously used in ice cream operation.
