Description

Niagara 440 ton double crank straight side mechanical stamping press with 12 in. stroke, 40 in. maximum shut height, approximately 28 in. minimum shut height, 14 in. slide adjustment, 120 x 60 in. bed and slide areas, and variable operating speed of 25–50 strokes per minute. Equipped with air clutch/brake and counterbalance system, powered slide adjustment, T slotted bolster, die lift/rolling bolster components, pneumatic regulators, automatic lubrication, guarded flywheel and drive, operator controls, dual palm station, safety light curtains, electrical cabinets and disconnects. Coil feed package includes a 36 in. powered stock straightener/feed unit, model 36 PTT 21, rated for approximately .062-in. mild-steel stock, with entry table, pinch/straightening rolls, pneumatic roll lift, control panel and lubrication system; American Steel Line powered coil reel/uncoiler, model 1000, S/N 5505, dated 8/76, with expanding mandrel, coil keeper arms, powered drive and safety guarding.
