Used 1,600 liter Feldmeier kettle, 316L stainless steel construction, approximately 68" diameter x 17" straight side, dish top, 34" deep, 90 degree cone bottom, rated 15 psi and full vacuum at 350 f internal, jacketed for 100 psi and full vacuum at 350 f, 18" top manway, 2" bottom outlet, on legs with SPX jacket recirculation pump, model WBC C-216, 5 hp, Feldmeier serial# S067713, national board# 4906, built 2014.
