The PBS Series is 3MT's newest product line — a dedicated loss-in-weight batch metering system built specifically for microdosing applications. Where the PSM platform handles bulk and mid-range ingredient batching, the PBS Series targets the minor ingredients that demand the tightest accuracy — vitamins, minerals, medications, trace additives, and specialty ingredients added in quantities from 1 to 75 lbs per batch. Modular from 4 to 14+ stations with individual VFD control per station. Compatible with Walinga pneumatic conveying for complete ingredient automation from 1 lb microdose additions to 1,500 lb bulk batches on a single pneumatic line.

Built on the proven PSM feeder platform, each system is custom configured around your specific ingredients, production rate requirements, and building layout. Capable of up to 8,000 lbs/hr. Every bin, every screw, and every stand is fabricated to fit your specific operation — not a standard template.

For operations running ingredients at varying moisture levels 3MT designs dual ribbon blender systems that allow continuous production while maintaining proper blending time between batches — allowing ingredients to naturally equalize in moisture without adding unnecessary conditioning equipment upstream.

Real project experience includes a complete 10 bin batch blend fertilizer system with dual ribbon blenders running at 6,000 lbs/hr. Ingredients ranged widely in bulk density, flow characteristics, and moisture content — all handled through smart system design rather than added equipment complexity.
