TOTAL OF FOUR DOUBLE-ACTING HYDROLINE HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS (TWO ON "FRONT" PRESS; TWO ON "REAR" PRESS) MODEL N2R-4X8-4C8210-099-01B RATED TO 3000 PSI. 4" BORE WITH 8" MAX STROKE. "FRONT" PRESS IS SET UP WITH SIX 31" X 14" X 2.5" ELECTRICALLY HEATED PLATENS RESULTING IN FIVE OPENINGS OF APPROX 4.5" TO 5" EACH. THE TOTAL DAYLIGHT WITH ALL PLATENS REMOVED WOULD BE APPROX 39.5". OPERATOR HEIGHT IS APPROX 28.5" (25.5" WITHOUT BOTTOM PLATEN). PANEL WITH 7 (ONE NOT USED) THERMALOGIC TEMP CONTROLLERS RATED TO 600F. "BACK PRESS" HAS TWO OF THE SAME CYLINDERS. IT IS NOT HEATED. APPROX 30.5" X 13" PLATEN SIZE. MAX DAYLIGHT IS APPROX 37". OPERATOR HEIGHT IS 31". HYDRAULIC UNIT MOUNTED UNDERNEATH PRESS: DELTA GEAR PUMP; CT06 VICKERS RELIEF VALVE; APPROX 8 GALLON RESERVOIR. HAND VALVE CONTROLS FOR EACH PRESS. OVERALL DIMENSIONS APPROX: 69" X 36" X 84" TALL. APPROX 5,000 POUNDS. (NOTE: THE FRONT AND BACK PRESS COMBINED WOULD GENERATE APPROX 76 TONS). ITEM #2239.
