Rubber-covered contact roll; 5-1/2" dia.; 25 HP motor. ● 2nd Head. 2-1/2" Wide finishing platen; 15 HP motor. -- 37" x 75" Abrasive belts; ACRO-TRACK electronic tracking; pneumatic belt tensioning; infeed & outfeed spring loaded rubber covered holddown rolls. -- 11-3/4" Min. part length without butt feeding; variable feed speed: 10 - 50 FPM; 0 - 8" opening with: Mechanical digital readout; (4) precision jacks. Includes: -- Safety perimeter emergency stop bar around entire machine; air caliper disc brakes on both sanding heads. -- (2) 6" Dia. dust outlets; 3,200 CFM required total; motor load meters; 22" infeed conveyor.
