Description
Mohawk. Serial #5118. The nominal bed size is 44.5" x 30". Overall left to right bed is 58". Front to back between the posts is 16.5". Max daylight approx. 37". Ram/cylinder is 18" bore with max stroke of approx. 22". Fully guided with 12" bushings on 5.5" diameter posts. Operator height is approx. 58.5". Bed has two holes that are approx. 6.625" dia. with mounting holes for optional knock-outs. The same holes are in the crown along with a center hole that is approx. 6" dia. Approx 8.25"clearance under the slide. Floor-mounted hydraulic power unit: 40 HP motor (1800 RPM; 230/460V); Vickers vane pump (35VTB38A286B20R); piggy-backed Kawasaki axial piston pump (K3VL45-1411); water-type oil cooler; approx 3.75" port on tank with a 4-bolt flange (~10"); approx 100 gallon reservoir; suction and high-pressure filters; etc… relay control system (some attached to power unit; some on a stand): disconnects; 480 volt system; start/stop; inch/auto; return; transformer; palm button stand with an E-stop; 3 adjustable limit switches; Honeywell chart recorder; 8 Chromolox temp controllers; 8 amp-meters; 8 plugs for tool/mold heaters; 8 plugs for thermocouples;etc…There are four Pinnacle Microgard light curtains (model DR-36-OF1-25-SMB) that are approx. 36" long. Also two mirrors that are approx. 40" long and some mesh guarding. 2 drip pans for press and hydraulic unit. Overall press dimensions: 112" x 56" x 120" tall. Hyd unit: 108" x 48" x 100" tall. Control stand: 48" x 18" x 80" tall. Drip pans: 88" x 41" and 86" x 32". Total weight approx. 25,000 pounds. Item #2686.
