READY TO SHIP! 2010 300 HP Superior Boiler, 4 pass-wet back, 150 PSI design pressure, natural gas fired. The boiler had been cleaned on the fireside, waterside, outside, and painted. New fireside and waterside gaskets have been installed. The boiler pressure vessel, tubes, and pressure piping have been hydrostatically tested. Any components found defective have been repaired or replaced. New control and electrical distribution panels have been installed. New Fireye Nexus Linkageless Flame Safeguard and Combustion Controls have been installed. The boiler has been re-wired for 480/3/60 VAC. New High Limit with manual reset, Operating Limit, and Modulating Limit steam pressure controls have been installed. The boiler has water level controls to turn the boiler feed water pumps “ON and OFF” to maintain boiler water level. The boiler has been electrically and mechanically tested. Any components found to be defective or obsolete have been replaced. We guarantee that the pressure vessel and tubes are in good condition, and the boiler will pass a hydrostatic test at the time of startup. We will give a 1 year parts replacement warranty on the controls. No labor is included in our parts replacement warranty.

We'll load the boiler onto the customer’s truck in Woodruff, SC.
