Description
The Bendicrop 50, part of Geka’s Bendicrop Series of hydraulic ironworking machines, features a single cylinder and six workstations. The six workstations include a built-in bending station that makes the Bendicrop machines unique in the market.

Goose neck die-holder for punching different profile sections on legs and webs. It also allows for the quick changing of punches and dies, with the die holder being easily adjusted in order to align tools. The punching table comes complete with scales.
Angle shearing for round and square bars, without any loss of material.
Shearing system for flat bars and plates with minimum deformation and a very sturdy table marked out with degrees for an easy setup of non-square cuts. Two material guides are also included.
Rectangular notching including a gauge table with scales. This station is also suitable for Pipe and Tube Notching, Rectangular Notching, Secondary Punching Station or for special shape Notching.
The permanent bending station is compliant with CE standards with a moving speed of 3/8” per second and a foot pedal that stops movement when pushed too hard. The lower die is held in place in a pocket and is easily removed. The station has Standard Die V openings of 2” and 3-3/8”. It also allows for a micrometer fine adjustment of the depth stroke to improve repeatability.
Thanks to the blade holder’s vertical movement, the machine has the machine performs excellently in its six workstations:

The machine also comes equipped with Geka’s anti-torsion system, which reduces deformation when shearing flat bars.
