Used Davis Standard Profile Extrusion Lines Extruder for Sale. Offered here are two Davis Standard profile lines, each built around a 3.5″ screw at a 24:1 L/D ratio, air cooled, and driven by a 75 HP AC motor. Both lines have run RPVC. The first handles a max part size of 9″ W x 6.5″ H; the second is rated for 5.5″ W x 5.5″ H. Each is equipped with a vacuum sizing tank with a 5.5 HP pump and a Ferris haul-off puller with 4.5″ x 30″ contact points. Cut-off saw and drop table are not included.
