Description
This is a ATS-SJOGREN front mount type 5-C Collet Chuck that has a D1-5 camlock type mounting plate. You can identify that back with its 3/4" diameter camlock pins & your lathe may have 6 mounting holes on it, but this back plate only has 3 of those camlock pins. Considered a "Quickie" type collet chuck, it is fast & easy to put your collets in with its front hand wheel operation. Much better than your traditional lathe collet chuck that has rear linkage & drawtubes. We sell these NEW for $1750.00 with D1, A1, L-Type or even threaded type mounting plates in that 5-C style. Then a 16-C collet chuck is also available in those same mounting plates, contact us for details.
