Description
Used 27,000 gallon (874 BBL) 304 stainless steel jacketed pressure vessel. Manufactured by Ziemann Holvrieka. Vessel rated 29 psi @ 86F, jacket rated 43 psi @ 86F. 13' 7" dia. x 42' tall. Dished head, cone bottom. Previously used in brewery as fermenter, cooled with glycol @ 24F. National Board #724. Serial #300786. Built 2018.
