Description

Multiple hearth furnace, 25'9-3/4" diameter x 6 hearth manufactured by Ram Engineering Environmental Services (New Canaan, CT). 20 HP motor drives (2) pinions through a hydraulic drive. Pinions drive main gear and center shaft. Last operated at approx 2000 deg. F. Includes combustion fans, cooling fans, feed bucket elevator, duct work, stairs, catwalks, and structural steel, etc. 1987.
