Single door with silicone rubber gasket and Brixon spring tension latches for a good door seal. Aluminized steel interior with 7 shelf brackets on 3" centers, 2 shelves are supplied with the oven. Coiled style heating elements are located on each side wall behind the air duct side panels. Direct driven circulating fan is mounted through the rear wall. Heated air is circulated in a horizontal front to back pattern for good uniform heating. A powered exhaust fan is located on top of the oven.

Controls are located in a control cabinet mounted on top of the oven. This cabinet includes a Honeywell UDC digital temperature controller, Partlow analog high limit control, switches with indicating lights for blower, exhauster and purge are flush mounted in the face of the control console.
