Shipping & Freight Logistics Freight Handling: Average handling lead time is 5 business days (varies by item size, carrier used, and shipping location). Freight Inspection (Crucial): For all freight deliveries, the buyer must inspect the shipment for transit damage and NOTATE ANY DAMAGE on the bill of lading. Have the driver initial the bill of lading and take a photo of entire bill of lading. Send the photo of the BOL to your contact at Quantum Technology. Any damage not noted on the bill of lading will not be refunded. Local Pickup: Available for many items. Please note: Palletizing, strapping, or loading assistance is not included with local pickup unless arranged in advance.
