Boiler has LIKE NEW TUBES, side mounted feed water tank with sparge rod/temperature controls, (can be operated without condensate return), side mounted twin Grundfos 7.5 hp feed water pumps, fully plumbed, all schedule 80 blow down piping and valves. This unit was used in an ice cream plant in Tyler, TX until last year when the plant closed. It was run on a good water softner set, boiler chemical system, very well maintained. The set also includes a reconditioned blow down separator tank with aftercooler.
Boiler will be cleaned and paint touched up, tube sheets cleaned and painted with high temp paint, boiler will be hydrotested, the pumps tested and R/R as needed, boiler will be shop dry fired before shipment. It will be ready to use, guaranteed to pass state inspection. Allow 30 days after receipt of your deposit to complete refurbishing work. (work is ongoing now)
