20" Adix #NOVExii500EA, passive explosion isolation flap valve

Used Adix NOVExii500EA passive explosion isolation flap valve, 500 mm (20") diameter. Designed for installation in industrial ductwork to prevent explosion propagation in combustible dust handling systems. The valve stays open during normal airflow and closes instantly when triggered by explosion overpressure, isolating upstream equipment and protecting personnel.
Suitable for organic, inorganic, and metallic dusts up to St3 classification (Kst 305 bar·m/s). Installs in horizontal, vertical, or inclined ducts and supports both push (pressure) and pull (vacuum) airflow configurations. Compact, lightweight design at 107 kg for easy integration into existing ductwork.
ATEX certified per EN 16447:2014 and EN 15089:2009 standards. NFPA 69 compliant. Ideal for dust collection systems, grain handling, woodworking, metalworking, pharmaceutical, and chemical processing facilities.
