For unloading dry granules, pellets, flake or powders using
304 stainless steel material contact with a mild steel portable frame assembly.
The Type 2 unloader features a bag un-tie access, side and corner bag massagers and spout cincher.
Conveyor: Model FSC 412, 4" rigid tube 168"L, hopper agitator, 35 incline, round spiral auger
6" drop-out discharge at 97.5" discharge height.
Adjustable support frame for forklift bag carriage (forklift carriage not available).
Pre-wired electronics with variable speed controller and a PLC.
Enclosure: NEMA 4/12 enclosed controls with auger speed control (460V, 60Hz, 3ph)
Compressed air required, manual & arrangement drawing on file.
