used leistritz zse-60 gl twin screw extruder 36:1 l/d, 150 hp, side stuffer, strand dies, screws & spares. with (9) modular barrel sections. 114 kw / 150 hp baumueller dc motor, 500 rpm max. screw speed, barrels are electrically heated and internally cored for liquid cooling. includes stand-alone electrical enclosure/control panel (controls appear non-operational), lsb-47 twin screw side stuffer, stand-alone pump tank/heat exchanger for barrels cooling, two (2) complete screw sets, segmented design with splined shafts, fully assembled, approximately 25 pairs of spare screw elements, consisting of both flighted/conveying and mixing elements, two (2) complete swing gate-type strand die assemblies, three (3) or four (4) spare die plates. numerous (approx.. 8-10) spare barrel closures & inserts yr. 2000. includes allen bradley dc motor drive. 480 50/60hz.
