400 HP Cleaver-Brooks Boiler, 150 PSI, natural gas fired, beautiful boiler inside and outside, as-is, loaded onto your truck, 1995

One (1) 1995 400 HP Cleaver Brooks boiler, 4 pass dry back, 150 PSI design pressure, natural gas fired. The boiler will be cleaned on the fireside, waterside, outside, and painted. New waterside and fireside gaskets will be installed. The boiler pressure vessel, tubes, piping, and blowdown valves will be hydrostatically tested. Any components found defective will be repaired or replaced. New control and electrical panels will be installed. New Fireye Burner Logix Flame Safeguard Controls will be installed. New Honeywell High Limit with manual reset, Operating Limit, and Modulating Limit Controls will be installed. The boiler will be electrically and mechanically checked for blower motor condition and to identify and replace any defective components. The boiler will be completely re-wired for 460/3/60 (or customer’s) supply voltage and "on/off" pump controls for water level control. We guarantee that the boiler will pass a hydrostatic test at the time of startup. We will give a 1 year parts replacement warranty on controls. No labor is included in the parts replacement warranty.
