The Revolution Machine Tools™ S-FAB™ CDM 18-25 Semi-Automatic Column Type Double Miter Bandsaw, with the cutting capacity at 18” x 25” in 90° flat cuttings and Ø18” in round material., is designed to cut straight and angled cuts quickly and at desired angles. The precision of this machine allows it to cut percent angles. S-FAB CDM 18-25™ has an automatic control system. The rollers on the table are designed to allow the material to move easily on the machine. A precise cut is achieved by automatically adjusting the cutting speed and descent speed with the hydraulic device placed on the fixed and movable arm. Thanks to the rotating hub, the angle of the head is changed, not the angle of the material, thus saving a considerable amount of space. Upper body and arm movements are made with precision linear sliding bearings.
The S-FAB™ CDM 18-25 Bandsaw comes standard equipped with a control panel, blade brush, hydraulic vise, security switch, Siti heavy duty gearbox, infinite variable speed inverter, sensitive pressure control, hydromechanical blade tension, optical saw height adjustment, linear guide rails, coolant pump, digital angle readout, and 230V or 440V 3 phase power.
