This Coe Press Equipment 24" Wide Coil Reel and Straightener system offers robust capabilities for metal coil processing. The Coe Press Equipment CPR-PO-15024 coil reel boasts a 15,000 lbs. capacity, accommodating coils up to 24" wide and 72" in outer diameter, with a 19-24" inner diameter range. Its hydraulic thread drive, mandrel expansion, and motorized hold-down arm ensure smooth and controlled coil handling, while adjustable coil guides and an air brake enhance operational safety and precision. A remote jog control and self-contained hydraulic unit further streamline operation.

Complementing the reel is the Coe Press CPPS-350-24 powered coil straightener, capable of processing material up to .156" thick at full width or .250" thick for 18" wide stock. Featuring seven 3.5" diameter straightening rolls, air-operated pinch rolls, and independently adjustable breaker rolls, it ensures excellent material flatness. The system includes an automatic lubrication system, adjustable edge guides, and an inclined head with exit cascade loop support for efficient material flow. An air-operated stock peeler, threading/de-bending station, and motorized neoprene end wheel facilitate seamless coil threading, making this a comprehensive and automated solution for demanding coil applications.
