The Revolution Machine Tools™ S-ECO™ PDM 10-14 Manual Pivot Type Double Miter Bandsaw has been designed to give a low-cost compact and rugged machine, constructed in heavy gauge steel. The cutting capacity of this machine is 10” x 14” in 90° flat cuttings and Ø10” in round material. It offers a strong rigid saw frame, providing a high degree of accuracy while cutting. The machines are fitted with a removable coolant tank incorporating a submerged electric coolant pump which supplies coolant to both guide assemblies. These models can cope with most types of material. Blade guides with rollers and carbide pads provide precise support for the blade. Thermal overload and no-volt release are a standard feature, and the machine automatically switches off at the end of the cut.
The S-ECO™ PDM 10-14 Bandsaw comes standard equipped with a control panel, blade brush, material length stop, security switch, Siti heavy duty gearbox, hydromechanical blade tension, coolant pump, infinite variable speed inverter, 220V or 440V 3 phase power.
Buyers have the option to add any of these additional features to their S-ECO™ PDM 10-14 Bandsaw as well: DropsA air/oil clean lubrication system, single phase power, micromist cooling, a stand, 4ft or 10ft roller table with the option to make the 10ft roller table motorized, and single phase – 220V 1 phase power.
