The MIC 50L vacuum emulsifier homogenizer, manufactured by MIC machinery in 2021, is engineered for the efficient production of high-viscosity products such as paint, creams, and pastes. This robust machine combines a vacuum emulsifying unit with a comprehensive heating system, mixing system, vacuum system, and electric lifting system, all controlled via an operation control cabinet. An optional piping system with oil and water tanks is also available to complement its functionality.

Constructed with high-quality materials, the inner wall of the mixing pot is made from stainless steel 316, while the jacket and outer layer consist of stainless steel 304. Both surfaces are polished and treated with a special finishing process to ensure enhanced durability, cleanliness, and resistance to corrosion. The primary pot has a capacity of 60 liters with a working volume of 50 liters, suitable for medium-scale production needs.

The machine operates at a mixing speed of up to 1400 RPM and includes a homogenizer to achieve highly stable and uniform emulsions. By combining high-speed mechanical mixing with vacuum technology, it effectively disperses and blends different phases while minimizing air bubbles and oxidation. This process improves product consistency, quality, and shelf life.
