Description
Used Faccin 4HEL-3146 (2016) Plate Rolls for Sale. This four-roll machine handles a maximum plate width of 120″ with 441 ton of bending force on the top roll and 60 HP of rolling power, at an infinitely variable rotation speed of 25 FPM. Roll diameters measure 18.11″ top, 16.93″ lower and 13.39″ side, with four bearings supporting each roll and ultra-wide roll bearing housings. Full-length capacity at 37.7 KSI is 1.42″ bending and 1.18″ pre-bend at 90.5″ inside diameter; at 52.2 KSI, 1.22″ bending and 0.95″ pre-bend. Equipped with Siemens PGS-Ultra CNC, cone bending with electronic control, electronic roll synchronization, 4-axis clamping side support, linear slides, micro-positioning, hardened and polished rolls, top roll tilting with hydraulic drop end opening, centralized lubrication and safety barrier with emergency stop.
