Used RAS TurboBend 61.31 (2011) Folding Machinery for Sale. This CNC folder runs the System 6000 control with a maximum working length of 124″ and an overall length of 10′, handling material up to 16 gauge. Folding beam adjustment ranges from 0″ to 0.217″, with folding beam speed of 180 degrees/sec and program controlled sheet thickness adjustment. Back gauge depth is 0.236″ to 39.4″, accurate to .004″, moving 0.4″ to 39.3″ in 1.9 seconds. Upper beam drive is 1 HP/.75 kw and the folding beam drive is 1.5 HP/1.1 kw. Equipped with an eccentric drive clamping system, standard J-shape backgauge, side stop / squaring arm, movable foot pedal on rail, extra table-side foot pedal, two foot pedal emergency switches, and tooling.
