OLMAR AT 2600/10000 Composite Autoclave 2,600 x 10,000 mm (102" x 394")High vacuum/High pressure system used in manufacturing: Laminated glass; aerospace composites; composite racing systems; ballistics armor. These systems are used by the Glass Industry worldwide to bond & cure laminated glass for: Architectural, automotive, & ballistic applications.In the manufacturing process, the assembly of float glass & PVB is laminated together, then placed in an Autoclave. A typical Autoclave lamination cycle ramps pressure to: 180 PSIG (15.5 Bar); temperature to: (150 C). The cycle completes after (30 - 60) minutes. Cooling is ramped down at a controlled rate to reduce thermal stress & cracking.
