Description
Hamilton, 100 gallon, 316 stainless steel, ½ jacketed, slant mixing kettle. Vessel Dimensions: 38" Diameter x 31" Deep with a 13" straight wall mixing bowl. Equipped with slanted scrape surface agitator powered by 2 Hp motor, tilt out agitation. ½ jacket rated for 100 psi @ 328°F. with (2) 1½" NPT inlet and (2) 1½" NPT outlet jacket ports. 3½" OD/3"ID I-Line style bottom discharge with 17" floor clearance. Mounted on (3) stainless steel legs.
